Cong emphasised the target of having about 10 businesspeople included in the list of world billionaires, and five in Asia's most powerful businesspeople as voted by prestigious world organisations.
To that end, the VCCI is implementing training programmes for business leaders, along with the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) and the Provincial Green Index (PGI) rankings, contributing to building a favourable, safe and equal investment environment, he said.
