Specifically, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to distribute over 1,180 tons of rice to Ninh Thuan province, 3,900 tons to Soc Trang province, and more than 640 tons to Cao Bang province.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested local authorities complete the task in a timely manner so that people who need it will be able to receive food support.
Kien Giang disburses social housing loans before Lunar New Year
Hundreds of households in Kien Giang will be able to celebrate Lunar New Year in their spacious new homes thanks to the province’s disbursement of social housing loans, worth over 5 million USD.
Accordingly, 180 borrowers of the loan scheme will be eligible for apartments of about 69 sq meters in the Northwest Urban Area of Rạch Giá city. Each month, they will have to pay an average of 304 USD over a period of 25 years.
