20 year Vietnam - US relations review

In November 2000, U.S president Bill Clinton paid an official visit to Vietnam. He was the first U.S president to arrive in Vietnam after 1975. Five years ago, in July, he announced the normalization of Vietnam - U.S relations. Since then, the story of the two countries' ties has entered a new chapter. Detail to follow:
