15-year-olds allowed credit cards

VTV.vn - According to a recent circular released by the State Bank, from March 1, people from 15 years old will be allowed to use a debit card, credit card or prepaid card without a property guarantee.

Previously young people needed to have their own property to use these cards.

Persons aged from 6 to 14 can use a debit card and prepaid card under the agreement document of their legal representatives. The State Bank's circular also includes some changes in limitation of withdrawing money abroad and measures dealing with cardholder complaints.
