10th plenary session of National Assembly opens
VTV.vn - The 10th plenary session of the 13th National Assembly opened on Tuesday Morning (Oct 20th).
The session is being held in the run-up to the 12th Communist Party of Vietnam Congress and coincides with the 70th anniversary of the first national election. As in its agenda, the 10th session will close on Nov 28th.
