VTV.vn - The 2015 Toyota Classics Concert was held in Hanoi on the evening of October 22nd, part of a series of classical music shows held in 7 Asian cities.

The 2015 Toyota Classics Concert gave classical music fans in Hanoi a chance to enjoy operettas. Opera singers interacted directly with the audience, and filled the concert hall with song and dance(?).Concert goers found the style entertaining and approachable, as academic aspects of the show were simplified.

"The fascination, humanity, cultural depth and spirit of music without borders has brought Vietnamese audiences closer with the world." - Composer Pham Ngoc Khoi, Vice Chairman, Vietnam Composers Association.

As the only Vietnamese artist performing at the concert, violinist Hoàng Tuấn Cương impressed the audience with Beethoven’s ‘Romance No.2 in F major.’ Cương has performed in many excellent shows with the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra from Germany.

"I am so proud and happy to perform at this concert. I hope Vietnamese audiences will become more familiar with classical music." - Hoang Tuan Cuong, Violinist, Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra, Germany.
