New audio book library in Ho Chi Minh City

This is due to the high demand for information by the visually impaired. Previously, the old library operated for 17 years in the city and was a reliable address for visually impaired people.

After being relocated for several times, the library will be re-built, in a bid to produce audio books and act as a hang out and study place for the visually impaired. The foundation hopes to garner further support from the community.
