The municipal committee and Vietravel, a Vietnamese travel firm, had preliminary consented to launch the new route on July 21.
Vietravel will run a charter flight using a180-seat Airbus A320 plane provided by Thailand’s VietJet Air every five days. The flight will depart at Bangkok at 11.30 am and land in Can Tho at 1.30 pm.
