Laos considers constructing expressway connecting Vientiane, Vietnam

VTV.vn - The Lao government has approved a feasibility study for an expressway running from the capital Vientiane through the provinces of Xaysomboun, Xiengkhouang, and Houaphanh, to the Namsoi border gate bordering Vietnam.
