The average growth of the 33 firms in 2015 was 25 per cent compared to 2014, with some recording a remarkable 145 per cent and even 800 per cent growth. Total revenue in 2014 stood at VND5.48 trillion ($245.8 million).
The revenue of the Top 10 enterprises was VND4.89 trillion ($219.3 million) accounting 89 per cent of the revenue of the 33 winners, with staff numbers of 12,665, or 86 per cent of the winners’ total.
This was the first Vietnam ITO Conference in Vietnam, honoring excellent enterprises in IT Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing. The voting committee included KPMG Vietnam, the Ho Chi Minh City High Tech Association (Hitecha), Eurocham, Amcham, and the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA).
IT outsourcing has seen continuous strong growth over the last 15 years, earning high revenue. The VNITO awards are to support Vietnamese IT outsourcing companies in seeking partners and building their brands.
