New cabinet holds first plenary session

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc took this opportunity to remind cabinet members to be responsible for their activities and maintain unity in the government. He called for further transparency and sincerity.

Prime Minister Phuc emphasized the importance of using resources efficiency and simplifying legal procedures. Finally, the newly instated PM asked his government workers to develop a close relationship with citizens for better mutual understanding and collaboration.

The government has set a GDP target of 6.7% and an inflation target of 5%. More importantly, the PM emphasized the significance of creating a better environment for the business sector. The meeting will discuss the approval of the Trans-Pacific Partnership in the afternoon.
