Jude Chan has been appointed President of International Clients and Agency Growth at Chicilon
Chan previously worked at international advertising groups Publicis and WPP, where he worked with global brands, multinational companies, and major media agencies. His experience includes brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital communications, media innovation, and business growth.
At Leo Burnett China, Jude Chan played a key role in implementing the integrated "Power of One" model for McDonald's China, combining creative, media, social media, digital marketing, and retail activation services under a unified operating system focused on brand growth.
According to Chicilon, revenue from agency services related to the McDonald’s China campaign grew from $3 million to $9 million over two years, an increase of 200%.
He has also worked extensively on projects for international brands including Nike, L’Oréal, Visa, PepsiCo, AB InBev, and GSK, gaining deep insights into international client decision-making, global brand management standards, and collaboration between global brands and advertising agencies.
In his new role, Chan will oversee international client development, agency business growth, and the development of Chicilon's Traffic Alliance ecosystem. He will also lead the development and commercialization of its AI Advertising Creative Design Center.
The company said he will connect international clients and agency partners with its AI-powered creative capabilities and media network.
Chicilon is expanding beyond digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising as it seeks to develop AI-driven brand growth solutions.
Chicilon is developing AI-powered brand growth services alongside its existing advertising network.
The company is developing services combining elevator advertising, smart retail media, near-field communication (NFC), Traffic Alliance, and content and news platforms. Its NEX Brain system serves as an AI-powered intelligence hub within the network.
According to Chicilon, the services cover brand assessment, growth strategy, AI-powered creative development, media execution, and performance measurement and evaluation.
The company said Chan's appointment is part of its efforts to expand its international leadership team and develop services connecting brands, technology, media, and business growth.
