VTV.vn - National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue on July 25 asked the Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical JSC (BSR), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PetroVietnam, to mobilise all resources for the expansion and upgrading of the Dung Quat Oil Refinery.
