The event organised by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the US Mission to Vietnam attracting around 30 representatives, including government officials, start-ups, and foreign investors. At the forum, American experts suggest more open policies, simplified business procedures and technological improvement to encourage innovation. In the coming time, the Ministry of Science and Technology will complete its policies to promote start-up ecosystem development.
