US $100 billion targeted for Vietnam - South Korea bilateral trade

VTV.vn - On Thursday, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan witnessed the signing ceremony between Industry and Trade Minister Tran Tuan Anh and the South Korean Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy.

The agreement focuses on an action program that will elevate the total bilateral trade to US$100 billion by 2020. Accordingly, from now until 2020, South Korea will support Vietnamese enterprises become more competitive in the automobile manufacturing, textile and garment, and electric sectors, and create favorable conditions for Vietnamese agricultural products imported into the country. South Korea will also support Vietnam in training labor forces.
