Transparency to boost state capital divestment

The ministry detailed the principles and methods of transferring state capital, included the land values when identifying the starting price when transferring state capital and introducing new regulations on the handling of transfer costs when the state capital can't be privatized. These amendments are intended to tackle the problem long-faced by many businesses which hindered the equitisation process and divestment of state capital as well as the use of state capital in other enterprises.
