Ties with Laos boosted

Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and Chairman of the Party Central Committee's Commission for External Relations Hoang Binh Quan received the delegation.

The Lao leader used the occasion to confer the Medal of Freedom second class and third class, and Medal of Friendship on the Communist Party of Vietnam's Central Committee's Commission for External Relations.
