President Putin praised Assad for his work fighting ISIS. He stated that the most important issue now is peaceful political solutions and long-term solutions to Syria after the complete destruction of the terrorists. Syrian President Assad stressed that Russia contributed significantly to the political process in Syria. President Assad said Syria is ready to cooperate with all those who value peace and stability, and expresses the hope that there will be no outside intervention in the Syria peace process.
