Promotion of policies abroad see significant changes

He made the statement at a national conference in Hanoi on January 18 with the participation of over 600 representatives from ministries, socio-political organisations, localities and press agencies.

He used the occasion to praise the communication of Vietnam's position to people abroad on the country's seas, islands and border demarcation issues.

Huynh however said there needed to be better co-ordination and improved communications strategies to promote the image of the country in the coming period.
