New year wishes conveyed to spratlys

This is the first time the state president conveys wishes via videoconferencing with people living and working in the archipelago.

On behalf of the Communist Party of Vietnam and government, State President Tran Dai Quang sent his wishes to soldiers and civilians living on Spratly, Southwest Cay and Sin Cowe Islands.

And the soldiers and people are united in overcoming any difficulties to protect national sovereignty.
