On Saturday morning the senior Vietnamese delegation, led by National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân, left Hanoi for Geneva, Switzerland to attend the 138th Inter-Parliamentary Union Assembly (IPU138) and related meetings slated to take place from Mar 24th to 25th. Afterwards, the NA Chairwoman will pay an official visit to the Netherlands from the 26th to the 29th of March.
