Live TV program for in tribute to Vietnam Doctor's Day

VTV.vn - The program serves as a profound expression of gratitude to the medical professionals and people working in the healthcare sector. It will be broadcast on VTV8 at 8:00 PM on February 24, 2024.

With the theme "...what I have chosen...", the program aims to give the audience a gentle and emotional insight into what healthcare professionals have "chosen" to do throughout their careers, true to their Hippocratic Oath. They are the ones who have chosen to act as a bridges to: Bringing new life - Preserving existing life - Reviving life .

Through reports produced by VTV8 journalists, the audience will have the opportunity to revisit the significant contributions of healthcare professionals who have been instrumental in the country's development, whether in times of war or in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic, through reports produced by VTV8 journalists. At any given time, in any circumstance, those who choose to wear the white coat are dedicated to the mission of saving lives.

Throughout the program, there will be outstanding artistic performances by the artists from the Trung Vuong Theater - Da Nang. In particular, the audience will enjoy two of composer Le Minh Son's latest songs dedicated to medical professionals, and hear him talk about the inspiration and circumstances behind the composition of these songs.

The programme is produced by VTV Central Highlands (Tay Nguyen) Center - (VTV8) in cooperation with the Central Vietnam office of Voice of Vietnam Radio (VOV) and the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) office in Central Vietnam - Tay Nguyen.
