Within the framework of the International Dance Festival 2017, which takes place from 16th to 22nd of September in Ninh Binh Province, a colourful carnival featuring traditional dances by 6 dance troupes from 6 different countries was held on the walking streets of Hanoi near Hoan Kiem Lake. The event was co-organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Hanoi. The carnival has helped brighten up Hanoi's walking streets, bringing more excitement to the residents of the capital city and its visitors.
