Hanoi to collect fees in iParking lots

This includes the application of software that will assist in finding parking lots and conducting payments via smartphones. This is according to the latest document issued by the Hanoi People's Committee. The authority has assigned the Department of Transport to coordinate closely with functional agencies to carry out fee collection in accordance with regulations. There are currently 33 iParking lots that have been licensed in the capital city. Customers' payments in these areas will be collected automatically through their bank accounts. However, cash receipts will still be issued due to the frequency of cash-based transactions.
