At the meeting with French Minister of State for State Reform and Simplification Jean-Vincent Place, the minister said that Vietnam had implemented several programmes and plans focusing on spreading ICT to develop e-government. Later, at a meeting with Bertrand Pailhes, French Minister of State for Economy, Industry and Digital Technology, he asked the French government to provide ODA for Vietnam to develop human resources in the sector. He also pledged that Vietnam would help French ICT firms to enter the Vietnamese market.
