The prestigious recognition was awarded based on a holistic assessment of nominees’ HR practices and benchmarking of, results across industries and markets; the award recognizes Carlsberg Vietnam's dedication in building a growth-oriented, caring and stable working environment.

According to HR Asia, the Danish brewer implements excellent human resources policies and competitive remuneration packages, with a strong emphasis on team engagement and employees’ well-being.

Carlsberg believes in people as the foundation of sustainable growth and has made it a mission to nurture an agile, resilient, and dynamic workforce since day one. The company strides toward its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) goals with absolute determination. Transparent and inclusive recruitment practices, a rate of over 50% of management positions held by women, and a diverse leadership board are some of the most remarkable results Carlsberg Vietnam has accomplished, testifying its unwavering efforts in nurturing a cooperative, respectful, and inclusive company culture.

This steadfast commitment to ensuring employees' health and safety was made clear through the company's Well-being Program, which kickstarted on National Health & Safety Day. In 2022, the company shifted gears, relocating its headquarters to HCMC and expanding the portfolio of brands in Vietnam by launching iconic global beer brands such as 1664 Blanc, Tuborg and Carlsberg Danish Pilsner. Such strategic vision was communicated to the employees, signaling an organization-wide growth acceleration.

This expansion created major employment opportunities in the beer market. Not only growing in size, the company also emphasizes employees’ professional development, with an enhanced training program that empowers them to choose their preferred learning methods. A significant increase of 198% in training hours was observed, proving the effectiveness of the initiative.
