Quang Binh border guards promote local growth

 Since 2014, this rice production model helped local farmers in Ón Village, Minh Hóa District, Quảng Bình Province ensure food between harvest and planting. It is one of four production models for ethnic groups covering 20 ha implemented by border guards in Quảng Bình Province.
