Health ministry underlines need for reform

VTV.vn - The Ministry of Health has simplified licensing procedures in a bid to reduce waiting times.
Medical procedures have been simplified and shortened, while health workers have been instructed to offer better treatment. However, the ministry admitted there were still problems with the provision of health services and attitudes among staff, as well as overly complicated bureaucracy.
