Party Central Committee meeting kicks off

Opening the event, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong laid out the agenda. Topics for debate included the Trans-Pacific Partnership, candidates for the new Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the 12^thSecretariat.

This meeting of the Party Central Committee will also review the list of the Board of Chairs, Board of secretaries and the Examination Board of the delegates for the upcoming National Party Congress.
