Medical officials perform first aid on a Canadian tourist in the waters of the southernmost province of Vũng Tàu on Thursday. Joel Vanier, 53, suffered respiratory failure while on the cruise ship Ovation Of The Seas (from the Bahamas) as the ship departed from Vũng Tàu Province for Singapore.
