Young volunteer doctors save lives in rural areas
VTV.vn - 62 poor districts in rural areas across Vietnam are in need of qualified doctors. To address this issue, for more than two years, a pilot project to bring doctors to remote areas has been implemented.

In the project, volunteer doctors go to remote areas where they work for 3 years to help train the local medical staff. This project in Bao Lac, district 30A in Cao Bang province, where giving birth at home is the norm and people only go to the hospital when they are seriously ill.

With the determination to overcome the difficulties, young volunteer doctors, with their skills and enthusiasm, have contributed to saving hundreds of patients.
