Whirlwind destroys 61 houses in Vinh Long province
VTV.vn - Two days ago, a whirlwind struck An Phước commune, Mang Thít district in Vinh Long province, destroying 61 houses, of which, 3 houses had collapsed, and 21 had their roofs blown away.
The whirlwind also caused a number of trees to fall down in the area, cutting the supply of electricity. No deaths or injuries were reported.
Currently, local authorities have arranged accommodations for local people who were affected by the whirlwind. Electricity lines have also been fixed.
