VTV Creativity Festival 2022: A creative path full of new ideas
VTV.vn - The VTV Creativity Festival 2022 with the theme "Creative Route" has provided an opportunity for the VTV production teams to present well-researched and unique ideas.

VTV Creativity Festival is an annual professional activity of the Union of Journalists of Vietnam Television. After a one-year interruption due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the Festival made the comeback on August 31, close to the celebration of the 52nd anniversary of the broadcast of the first television program (September 7, 1970 - September 7, 2022).

This is an opportunity for VTV journalists to come up with new and unique ideas to conceive new TV shows and meet the growing demands of the audience.

This year, a new novelty of the Creative Festival is the awards for digital content. At the festival, VTV's production units presented many new ideas in all aspects, from content to form of expression.

Speaking at the VTV Creativity Festival 2022, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, Director General of Vietnam Television, said that the Festival is an opportunity to encourage the production teams to brainstorm unique, humane and feasible ideas. They have made efforts in exploring new ideas and expressions. According to the Director General, innovation and creativity are important factors and motivations in helping Vietnam Television overcome many challenges and difficulties in the context of a strong digital transformation.

Regarding ideas for productions specifically to digital platforms, Do Thanh Hai - Deputy Director General of Vietnam Television - commented that the ideas were developed based on in-depth research on the audience, focusing on finding out what the audience wants. However, in addition to satisfying the audience, the production team must still have the right orientation and uphold the VTV brand. The presentations at the festival also showed that the VTV teams are very ready to produce shows for TV and digital platforms.
