VN-Index drops 0.45%

The index closed 5.04 points lower after gaining 6.44 points yesterday.

Trading on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) fell by 2% to VND17.13 trillion ($728.72 million).

The VN-30 basket, comprising the 30 largest capped stocks, saw 17 tickers fall.

The HNX-Index at the Hanoi Stock Exchange, where mid and small caps list, was down 0.58% while the UPCoM-Index at the Unlisted Public Companies Market was down by 0.21%.
