Vietnam's Ministry of public security speeds up identification of essex container victims

Their phone conversation was about co-ordination between Vietnam and the UK in verifying the identities of victims believed to be Vietnamese nationals in the incident, where 39 people were found dead in a refrigerated container truck in Essex, southeastern England, on October 23rd.
