Vietnam's masterpiece 'Tale of Kieu' to be adapted for ballet for the first time

The ballet will be introduced to the public starting July 20th at the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House. It's also the first time this masterpiece has been adapted to the ballet stage.

In addition to the symphonies and contemporary music, the ballet will also ultilise ca tru, xam singing, and light effects to enthral the audience with a fresh new perspective on "The Tale of Kieu.".
