Vietnam’s import and export turnover exceeds 500 billion USD

Speaking at an event to announce the milestone, Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc asked ministries and the business community to boost Vietnam's export value to 300 billion USD.

The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to boost the export value by nearly 36 billion USD to 300 billion USD next year and to maintain the trade surplus for the fifth year in a row. He also asked the related agencies and localities to keep creating favourable conditions for manufacturing and export companies.
