Vietnamese photographer captures people of the old years

Starting as a freelance photographer taking photos of things around him, he later was able to photograph a number of portraits of some of the most well-known Vietnamese people at the time. But more than that, stored in each of his photographs is a story of kindness despite all the hardships of life.

Photographer Dinh Quang Thanh, Former photojournalist, Vietnam News Agency said: “Ha Tuong’s photos convey real stories and lively emotions. Ha Tuong paid special attention to lighting and the clarity of detail in a photo because it's not just the figure that tells stories, but the surroundings. Looking at his photos, I feel as if I'm transported to those good old days”.
