Meanwhile, the photo of a small waterfall and stream in West Papua, which was taken by Indonesian photographer Diyanto Sarira, was honoured with the People’s Choice award.
Other works by Fernando O’Farrill (Mexico), Alex Kydd (Australia), Jay Huang (the US) and Colin Ronald (Austria) took first place in the categories of wildlife, water, cities and nature and landscape, respectively.
