Nguyen Quynh Huong, HCMC Basketball Team said: "I like being out this early, breathing fresh air and feeling energized"

In Dak Lak Province, nearly 5,000 people took part, while more than 4,500 joined the event in Hue. In Thanh Hoa Province, nearly 6,000 people gathered at Lam Son Square.

Pham Thi Ha Anh, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province said: "The programme creates a positive impact and encourages people to stay healthy and show their love for the country.

In Can Tho, more than 5,600 people, including officials, security personnel, students and residents, joined a 1.2-kilometre walk.
