Vietnam's largest Tra fish importer

According to the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), exports of tra fish to the US surpassed those to China in July, reaching 58.5 million USD, an increase of 15.6% over the same period last year and 30% of tra fish exports. VASEP said US-China trade tensions are a good opportunity for Vietnamese exporters to increase their market share. It is predicted that if the upcoming tra fish inspection program does not disrupt the exports to the US, this growth will continue.
