Vietnam, Japan step up university-level cooperation

A delegation from Tohoku University, one of the top universities in Japan, is visiting Vietnam to strengthen its cooperation with the country. The delegation visited Thuy Loi University and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, affirming that the two sides will cooperate in resolving coastal erosion, one of the urgent problems that currently faces the Central Coast of Vietnam.
