Vietnam Cooperative Trade Fair 2022 opens in Hanoi

The event has attracted over 100 enterprises whose value chains are linked with cooperatives and features more than 250 exhibition booths.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, VCA President Nguyen Ngoc Bao said Coop Expo 2022 is part of the national programme on trade promotion and is designed to help cooperatives access business opportunities, promote their products and cooperate with exporters, importers and distributors.

He added that the event is an opportunity to tap into the strengths of cooperatives to help with the nation’s socio-economic recovery and development programme in 2022 and 2023.

At the trade fair, which will run until June 13, cooperatives and enterprises are showcasing thousands of agricultural, food, medicinal and handicraft products as well as materials and equipment to support agricultural production.
