Hòa is nurturing the dream of making Vietnamese brands popular with the ‘Vietnamese dream” project, which aims to introduce more Vietnamese products to the world. The programme has inspired thousands of young entrepreneurs.
"The products of many world-famous brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton have been made by Vietnamese people. This shows their high-performance technical skills. Vietnam has potential and creativity, but this is not widely known", said Nguyen Huu Thai Hoa, Management Board of Centre for Thinking Science.
Vietnamese entrepreneurs show drive and creativity, yet introducing Vietnamese products to the world remains a challenge. Some Vietnamese tech products have taken the online community by storm. A prime example is Flappy bird, with 200 searches. With these stories, we can dream of a future where Vietnamese products are known all over the world.
