VTV.vn - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked the ministries and sectors to make efforts in preparation to ensure the success of the event.

At the meeting with leaders of ministries and agencies on the preparations for the Greater Mekong Sub-region GMS Summit and the Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam Development Triangle, which will take place from March 29th to 31, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked the ministries and sectors to make efforts in preparation to ensure the success of the event.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc stressed that this is an important and the biggest diplomatic event this year hosted by Vietnam, which will see the participation of many senior leaders from Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam and major development partners.

Nearly 2,600 delegates have registered, but the preparation time is short, therefore Prime Minister Phuc asked ministries and related agencies to take the responsibility and step up the preparations for the event, so that the conference can achieve fruitful results as well as strengthen collaboration, and enhance the political role of Vietnam.
