VTV.vn - On the 71st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thien Nhan visited the Military History Museum in Hanoi.

Nguyen Thien Nhan congratulated the Vietnam People's Army and affirmed the sacrifice of its officers and soldiers. The Vietnam Military History Museum helps preserve this history through generations. During his visit, Nguyen Thien Nhan presented the museum with some artifacts belonging to Vietnamese soldiers who fought in the resistance war against America. He also urged the museum's managers to find ways to draw young people to the museum, so that they have a chance to learn about the country’s history as well as the traditions of the Vietnam People's Army.
