The review was meant for nails manufactured in Vietnam between July 1st, 2016 and June 30th, 2017. Last year on September 13th, DOC published in the Federal Register a notice of initiation of an administrative review covering each of the 19 producers.
However, on September 28th, the petitioner withdrew its review request for each of the 19 companies. The DOC, therefore has rescinded the administrative review.
