Urging disbursement of foreign loans
VTV.vn - The Ministry of Finance today chairs an online conference on promoting the disbursement of ODA and other foreign preferential loans in 2019.
The conference is attended by ministries and representatives from localities and relevant units. It aims to unify measures to promote the disbursement of ODA capital and preferential loans. Recent years have shown the slow disbursement of foreign capital, leading to many delayed and underperforming projects that push costs and inefficiency.
