Updates on flooding in South central provinces

Binh Dinh province, the most hard-hit province, reported a death toll of 7 people so far due to floods. Nearly 4,000 houses have been submerged, while more than 10,000 hectares of rice have been lost.

In Quang Ngai province, weather conditions have left many visitors stranded in Ly Son district island, with boats to the mainland on temporary lockdown.
