However, during enemy raids, the infant tragically passed away at just six months old for    fears that her crying might expose their hiding place. This heartbreaking event left an indelible wound on  Pham Minh Tuan’s soul and became the emotional inspiration for  “Bai Ca Khong Quen” (The Unforgettable Song).

The program also featured heartfelt reflections from special guests: Colonel Ngo Huu Minh, former Deputy Head of Training Planning at the General Department of Politics, and Colonel Trinh Trung Lam, Deputy Director of the Military Broadcasting and Television Center. Their accounts offered viewers a clearer perspective on the song’s historical background  and the profound impact it had on soldiers, mothers, and wives during wartime.
